Cancellation / Refund Policy

A written cancellation must be received 15 days prior to scheduled start date in order to receive a full refund, minus a $15 processing fee. If cancellation is due to injury or sickness within 15 days, funds may be available to be applied to any future camp or clinic hosted by the Den Soccer Camps. At any point transfer of funds to any other Den Soccer Camp is available. The Den Soccer Camps reserves the right to cancel any academies or camps due to insufficient enrollment or inclement weather and limits its liabilities to registration refund only. Utah Valley University cannot be held responsible for any change or cancellation charges required by airlines, travel agencies, or other institutions.

Camp Rules and Regulations

Participants attending The UVU Soccer Camp are expected to abide by the Camp Rules and Regulations. Any participant who violates the Camp Rules and Regulations will be subject to immediate dismissal. Parents will be notified and are responsible to make all travel arrangements for an immediate return home at their expense. No refunds or credit of fees from the Camp will be given under these circumstances.

Soccer Practice

1) The possession or use of alcohol and other drugs, fireworks, guns, and other weapons is prohibited.  Consumption of prohibited substances is reason for immediate expulsion from camp without a refund.

2) The operation of a motor vehicle by minors is prohibited while minors are attending and participating in the program

3) Rules and procedures governing when and under what circumstances participants may leave university property during the program

4) Violence of any kind, including sexual abuse or harassment, will not be tolerated

5) Hazing of any kind is prohibited. Bullying, including verbal, physical, and cyberbullying, is prohibited

6) Theft of property regardless of owner will not be tolerated

7) Use of tobacco or e-cigarette products is prohibited on university property or while participating in the program

8) Misuse or damage of university property is prohibited. Costs resulting from damage or misuse of university property will be assessed against those participants who are responsible for the damage or misuse

9) The inappropriate use of camera, imaging, digital, and/or other recording devices is prohibited, including use of such devices in showers, restrooms, or other areas where privacy is reasonably expected by participants

10) The campers are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times.

11) Campers are expected to dress appropriately.

12) Campers are expected to show courtesy toward fellow campers.

13) Campers should ALWAYS BE ON TIME.

14) Campers must stay on campus at all times unless he/she has received permission and is accompanied by a staff member or chaperone.
